News Monitoring Coordinator

We’re looking for a News Monitoring Coordinator to support a global communications team by tracking media coverage, managing press enquiries, and providing operational support. This role helps ensure PR teams remain informed, responsive, and aligned with emerging media activity. You must have a strong nose for news stories and be efficient in passing information on.

Key Responsibilities

Media Monitoring

  • Monitor news coverage across major outlets to identify stories relevant to the organisation

  • Flag key articles and emerging narratives to keep PR teams informed

  • Track media trends and contribute to reporting on coverage patterns

  • Provide monitoring support during business hours, with occasional weekend cover

Media Enquiry Management

  • Monitor and route incoming press enquiries to the appropriate PR contacts

  • Ensure timely handling of media requests

  • Log enquiries accurately for tracking and reporting purposes

  • Route enquiries across a broad range of topics with accuracy and judgment

Operational Support

  • Respond to internal requests for information and support

  • Assist with media coverage reports and documentation

  • Maintain communications tools and resources

  • Support team processes and ensure continuity of workflows

Required Skills

CAMPAIGN MARKETING MANAGER - 12 MONTH CONTRACT

As the Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of traffic campaigns across Owned & Operated (O&O) channels for the European e-commerce businesses. Working closely with the central International traffic strategy team, you will ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of all marketing campaigns, driving strong customer engagement and topline performance.

An Ideal Candidate for the Campaign Manager Role:

- Is a marketing or programme management professional who has experience leading the end-to-end execution of traffic campaigns across Owned & Operated (O&O) channels, preferably within the e-commerce industry.

- Possesses excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to serve as the main point of contact for local marketing teams, ensuring tight coordination on campaign details, copy, and creative.

- Demonstrates strong technical aptitude, with the capacity to monitor campaign performance and make optimizations as needed to hit target metrics.

Key job responsibilities
- Set up and manage the deployment of all O&O traffic campaigns in 2+ European languages, including email, push notifications, onsite placements, and more.
- Serve as the main point of contact for local marketing teams, ensuring tight coordination on campaign details, copy, and creative.
- Leverage automation tools and templates to streamline repetitive tasks and drive efficiency.
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time and make optimisations as needed to hit target metrics.
- Collaborate with the central analytics team to generate reports and insights to inform future campaign planning.
- Thoroughly review all campaign assets to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and standards, and conduct pre-launch checks to identify and resolve any technical issues or customer experience concerns.
- Serve as the local language and market expert, providing guidance and troubleshooting support to the central BMX team, and manage the scheduling and coordination of campaigns across multiple markets.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive local messaging and targeting strategies to drive strong customer engagement and topline performance based on channel and creative guidance.

Experience working with marketing tools including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

STUDIO ASSISTANT - Inbound/Outbound Operations Associate 6 month contract STARTING ASAP

REF NO: LB/12/25

Brilliant opportunity to join a fashion studio on an ongoing contract starting asap. It’s a great chance to get exposure to a busy, well known studio.

Key Responsibilities:
1.      Assist in loading and unloading vans with pallets and boxes
2.      Receive stock into systems
3.      Outbound stock back to fulfilment centres into systems once product has been imaged
4.      Palletising stock to and from fulfilment centres
5.      Unboxing and preparation of products for shooting
6.      Repacking items after production to get them sent back to fulfilment centres
7.      Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols
8.      Maintain an organised and clean working area ensuring the studio spaces are clean, tidy, and ready for use at all times.
9.      Assist with basic troubleshooting of product issues
10.     Document any missing, damaged, or malfunctioning items
11.     Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
12.     Provide administrative support for the studio operations team as required.
Preferred Skills:
1.      Experience in a studio inbound, outbound, prepping, repacking or production house environment
2.      Familiarity with inventory management systems
3.      Familiarity with excel, word etc
