CONTENT MARKETING COORDINATOR - 7 MONTH CONTRACT STARTING ASAP

The Content Marketing Coordinator will support Marketing Managers and Supervisors in delivering integrated campaigns for individual content titles. The position focuses on coordinating campaign fundamentals from creative briefing through to approvals, asset management and delivery.

A strong understanding of the SVOD landscape, streaming marketing mechanics, and audience acquisition strategies is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Creative Briefing & Delivery

  • Support end-to-end delivery of title marketing campaigns across digital, TV and experiential channels

  • Develop and manage creative briefs, ensuring correct asset specifications, usage guidelines and compliance requirements

  • Coordinate campaign timelines, creative makelists and delivery schedules

  • Oversee project management of experiential activations where required

  • Build expertise in Clearcast and third-party TV platform guidelines and restrictions

  • Manage legal and compliance approvals in line with broadcast and advertising standards

Asset Management

  • Act as a brand guardian with strong knowledge of creative guidelines and asset systems

  • Liaise closely with marketing operations teams to source, track and distribute campaign assets

  • Coordinate creative and activation approval processes

  • Ensure accurate trafficking and version control across platforms

Agency & Partner Management

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with media agencies, creative agencies and external partners

  • Facilitate access to relevant systems, folders and platforms for vendors

  • Distribute creative assets, guidelines and content information efficiently

  • Source budget estimates and manage campaign budget trackers

Team Support

  • Support the wider UK Brand and Content Marketing team with:

    • Presentation development (PowerPoint)

    • Post-campaign analysis documentation

    • Meeting scheduling and minute taking

    • Representing the team in meetings and summarising key updates

Experience & Skills Required

  • Proven experience within an SVOD, streaming or digital entertainment marketing environment

  • Strong understanding of title campaign marketing within a subscription model

  • Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Knowledge of broadcast advertising compliance, including Clearcast processes

  • Excellent project management and organisational skills

  • Experience managing creative assets and approval workflows

  • Strong stakeholder and agency management capability

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

  • Passion for television and film, with an understanding of audience behaviour in a streaming landscape
