ASSOCIATE DESIGNER - TOYS & HARDLINES 12 MONTH CONTRACT

Our client is looking for a talented and passionate Associate Designer for toys and hardlines product categories. This is your chance to shine!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day product design submissions from concept to production across toys and hardlines categories

  • Oversee approvals via online system, coordinating between licensees and third-party stakeholders

  • Guide product and packaging development through strong visual direction—using draw-overs, design notes, and adherence to brand guidelines

  • Partner with licensees to build line plans, drive innovation, and maintain high product quality

  • Monitor industry trends, contribute to new design briefs, and explore opportunities for product innovation

  • Support wider studio strategies and align designs with consumer insights and brand goals

Skills & Experience:

  • 1–2 years in product design or development, ideally within entertainment licensing

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and attention to detail

  • Excellent Illustrator and Photoshop skills for visual feedback and draw-overs

  • Proven ability to influence internal and external partners and deliver commercially viable ideas

  • Knowledge of seasonal and regional trends within the EMEA market

DIGITAL MEDIA STRATEGIST & PLANNER 9 MONTH CONTRACT

About the Role

As a key member of our client’s Digital Media Strategy & Operations team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering paid digital media frameworks and strategic acceleration projects for large-scale, Pan-European campaigns. This role involves both 1st party (1P) and 3rd party (3P) digital campaign management, working closely with external media agency partners. You'll also engage directly with senior stakeholders across campaign, creative, and media buying teams to ensure strategy translates seamlessly into execution.

You’ll also work on full-funnel, cross-channel media planning, supporting multi-market campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders and agency teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and deliver top-down digital media strategies that align with broader campaign goals and elevate the advertiser experience.

  • Build effective, cross-channel media plans—integrating both digital and offline touchpoints—with agency partners.

  • Navigate ambiguity with confidence, taking initiative where variables are unclear or undefined.

  • Lead business-critical conversations and drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in media planning and strategy, either agency-side or in-house.

  • Background working with retailers and/or brand advertisers—bonus points for both!

  • Extensive experience in global digital media strategy, especially across FMCG or retail-focused accounts.

  • Deep knowledge of both 1P and 3P digital media ecosystems and deployment strategies.

  • Strong understanding of brand marketing, upper funnel strategy, and full-funnel campaign development.

  • Expertise in digital media platforms (including emerging channels), audience strategy, and targeting capabilities.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with a strong grasp of budgets, performance data, and forecasting.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word.

ARABIC SPEAKING CREATIVE PRODUCER 2 MONTH CONTRACT INITIALLY

Fantastic role for an experienced Creative Producer who speaks and comprehends Arabic, to produce multi-platform campaigns which includes promotional campaigns and multi platform content whilst adhering to brand guidelines. Must be proficient in Adobe creative suite.

The successful candidate will have solid knowledge and experience of UAE tone of voice and nuances.

The role will involve scripting, editing, directing voiceovers and shoots when required.  Will be required to project manage and keep stakeholders informed on project progress from conception to completion.

Key duties:

Produce creative, innovative multi-platform promotional campaigns and content, under the supervision of Senior Producer/Creative Director. Work within the framework of a multi-feed, within allocated budget and timescale

Assist with the creation of both original and repurposed creative campaigns, either at in house post production facility or via a creative agency

Be a key member of the team responsible for planning and implementing creative specifically suited to the relevant audience

Work with Marketing, and other departments to produce multi-platform creative assets

Our brilliant client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead and drive their EU Brand Sponsorships Programme. This high-impact role will focus on driving strategic brand integrations, scaling premium brand partnerships, and supporting the lifecycle of EU PVa sponsorships. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, collaborating across teams to shape and optimize a key marketing program. This role will work closely with content marketing, PR, product management, advertising, and operations teams to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sponsorship Programme Strategy: Shape and lead the strategy for the EU sponsorship programme, partnering with global sponsorship leaders and the advertising strategy and sales teams to drive success.

  • Process Development: Develop scalable workflows and approval processes to source titles and title bundles for sponsorships. Create marketing materials to support Go-To-Market activities and collaborate with product and studio teams to ensure alignment.

  • Creative Innovation: Drive creative thinking and innovation within the sponsorship offer. Support and influence broader creative product marketing strategies across the EU and EMA Ads teams.

  • Sales Enablement: Partner with sales teams to develop impactful sales enablement tools and training materials that empower the sales process and drive revenue growth.

  • Market Insights & Benchmarking: Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the market. Provide actionable insights to refine the sponsorship offer.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage internal and external market research to refine the EU sponsorships offer, inform the global product roadmap, and optimize content, product, and packaging to ensure strong market fit.

  • KPI Analysis: Analyse marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of the sponsorship program and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization.

  • Industry Trends: Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant insights into the sponsorship strategy.
