We’re looking for a commercially driven Franchise & Retail Marketing Managerto join our client's Consumer Products team on a 9-month maternity cover contract. This dual-role opportunity is perfect for a brand marketer with strong retail experience and a passion for entertainment, consumer engagement, and delivering high-impact campaigns. The Role
You’ll lead the execution of franchise and retail marketing initiatives, helping bring some of the most iconic entertainment brands to life for consumers. Reporting into the Senior Manager, you’ll be responsible for translating global franchise strategies into relevant, effective campaigns across the UK market, while also driving retail marketing partnerships and activations to support sell-in and sell-through.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Marketing

  • Execute UK-specific franchise marketing campaigns that generate demand and awareness

  • Support integrated cross-divisional campaigns with wider entertainment and content teams

  • Develop and deliver inspiring retail and brand presentations

  • Represent the business at top-tier retail and licensee meetings

  • Manage on-the-ground brand activations, mall events, and character appearances

Retail Marketing

  • Own and grow key retail relationships, working alongside category teams to support product placement and performance

  • Create and implement compelling retail marketing plans across in-store, digital, social, and experiential channels

  • Identify and pitch cross-promotional opportunities with aligned partners

  • Track competitive retail activity and report insights and results

About You

Key Skills & Experience

Media Performance Manager – Europe

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing media planning, buying, and optimization across both lead generationand brand awareness channels. Covering the UK, France, Germany, Austria, and Ireland, you'll have the unique opportunity to influence strategy and shape campaign execution across a wide footprint.

You’ll work closely with acquisition marketers, field marketers, martech experts, and creative teams to run efficient, high-impact media campaigns across digital platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Programmatic) and explore offline channels such as print and out-of-home (OOH).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns—from planning and buying to optimisation.

We’re looking for a Creative Producer with strong project management chops to join our client’s fast-paced production team. This is a dynamic hybrid role perfect for someone who thrives in both the logistical and creative sides of production — balancing hands-on shoot coordination with the discipline of structured project delivery.

You’ll work closely with internal creatives, external agencies, and production partners to manage a wide variety of video and photo projects from brief to delivery. Whether on location or behind the scenes, your impact will be felt in the seamless execution of compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities

Project & production coordination

  • Manage the lifecycle of ad-hoc creative projects, from intake and planning through to execution and delivery.

  • Support logistics and coordination for local and international video/photo shoots.

  • Work with the Senior Production Manager to keep projects on time, on budget, and aligned to campaign goals.

STAKEHOLDER & TEAM COLLABORATION

  • Liaise with internal teams (designers, copywriters, creatives) and external partners to align timelines and expectations.

Are you an organised and detail-driven asset coordinator with a background in production or media environments? We’re looking for an Asset Management Coordinator to support a major migration project within a busy content and production team.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Asset Manager to manage the transfer of large volumes of digital assets to a new system—ensuring accuracy, structure, and quality at every stage. It’s a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives on process, precision, and keeping projects moving smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with the Asset Manager to understand the full scope, priorities, and timelines of the digital asset migration project

  • Download and quality-check digital files from Box, ensuring all packages are complete and uncorrupted

  • Reorganise files into a new agreed folder structure and naming hierarchy

  • Upload files into Frame.io and verify successful transfer

  • Track and update project progress using internal tools

  • Flag any delays or issues promptly during regular progress check-ins

  • Support backup of any out-of-scope files, as needed, via hard drive or internal systems

  • Create folder structures for upcoming projects using existing templates

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a production or asset management role, ideally within a broadcast or creative content environment

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management

  • Confident in providing regular progress updates and escalating issues when needed

  • A proactive, solution-focused approach

  • Working knowledge of Box, Frame.io, and other asset management systems is a plus

  • Experience in digital asset quality-checking preferred
