MARKETING/CAMPAIGN MANAGER 12 MONTH CONTRACT

Are you a motivated and talented marketing professional with a passion for customer engagement and innovation? We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to help shape and execute compelling marketing strategies for our clients fast-growing grocery business across Europe.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an innovative and evolving retail organisation that’s redefining how customers shop for groceries. You’ll be part of a collaborative EU-wide marketing team, with the flexibility to work remotely or from a London office.

About the Role

As a Campaign Manager, you will take full ownership of the planning and execution of traffic-driving campaigns across multiple owned and operated digital channels. You’ll work closely with central strategy teams and local marketing stakeholders to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, push notifications, onsite content and more) across several European markets and languages.

  • Act as the key point of contact for local marketing teams to ensure accurate, aligned, and timely campaign delivery.

  • Use automation tools and templates to streamline campaign processes and improve operational efficiency.

  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance in real time to ensure targets are met.

  • Collaborate with analytics teams to report on campaign results and gather insights for future initiatives.

  • Conduct rigorous pre-launch checks and reviews to ensure quality and brand consistency.

  • Serve as a local market and language expert, advising the central marketing execution team on cultural and contextual considerations.

  • Drive the development of localised messaging and targeting strategies, tailored to specific markets and audience segments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a campaign or marketing professional who:

  • Has experience executing digital marketing campaigns, ideally in the e-commerce, retail, or grocery sectors.

  • Is highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and markets.

  • Is data-savvy, confident working with tools like Excel or Tableau to track performance and inform decision-making.

  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoys solving problems creatively.

  • Is fluent in English (additional European language skills such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian are a plus).

  • Has a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Brings a proactive mindset and is comfortable working independently or collaboratively across distributed teams.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms including CRM, marketing automation, and web analytics tools.

  • Familiarity with digital advertising, lifecycle marketing, and customer journey planning.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel (advanced functions).

  • Fluency in additional European languages is an advantage.

INBOUND/OUTBOUND OPERATIONS ASSISTANT 9 MONTH CONTRACT

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Inbound/Outbound Operations Associate to join our client’s fast-paced fashion studio operations team. This hands-on role plays a vital part in the smooth running of their day-to-day logistics, supporting the movement and preparation of stock for production and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload deliveries including pallets and boxes

  • Receive and log stock using internal systems

  • Prepare products for outbound shipment once photographed or processed

  • Palletise items for dispatch and return to fulfilment centres

  • Unbox and prepare products for studio shoots

  • Repack items post-production for return to storage or fulfilment

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

  • Carry out basic troubleshooting of product issues

  • Log missing, damaged, or faulty items accurately

  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth workflow

  • Provide occasional administrative support to the studio operations team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a studio, production house, warehouse, or similar environment

  • Familiarity with inventory or stock management systems

  • Confident using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word

  • A strong eye for detail and process

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to stand, walk, and move equipment for long periods

  • Comfortable lifting items up to 20kg on a regular basis

  • Ability to bend, kneel, and reach when handling stock

ASSOCIATE DESIGNER - TOYS & HARDLINES 12 MONTH CONTRACT

REF NO: LB 05/23/25

Our client is looking for a talented and passionate Associate Designer for toys and hardlines product categories. This is your chance to shine!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day product design submissions from concept to production across toys and hardlines categories

  • Oversee approvals via online system, coordinating between licensees and third-party stakeholders

  • Guide product and packaging development through strong visual direction—using draw-overs, design notes, and adherence to brand guidelines

  • Partner with licensees to build line plans, drive innovation, and maintain high product quality

  • Monitor industry trends, contribute to new design briefs, and explore opportunities for product innovation

  • Support wider studio strategies and align designs with consumer insights and brand goals

Skills & Experience:

  • 1–2 years in product design or development, ideally within entertainment licensing

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and attention to detail

  • Excellent Illustrator and Photoshop skills for visual feedback and draw-overs

  • Proven ability to influence internal and external partners and deliver commercially viable ideas

  • Knowledge of seasonal and regional trends within the EMEA market
